Most service businesses run on memory

The tools built to fix this usually go too far in the other direction. They are priced for companies with an operations department, and they ask a two-person crew to configure workflows before they can book a single job.

Sensible defaults instead of a setup wizard. You should be able to add a client and schedule a job in your first few minutes, without reading anything.

Your data stays yours
The client records, jobs and financial history in your workspace belong to your business. We process them to run the service — we do not sell them, mine them for advertising, or hand them to anyone you did not choose.

Numbers you can trust
Job profitability is calculated in the database from line items, labour hours and expenses as they are entered. What you see is what the records say, not an estimate that drifted out of date.

Built for the field
Four access levels — Master, Admin, Member and Client — so a technician sees their jobs, an admin sees the schedule, and a client sees their own history. Nothing more, nothing less.
